A charming pair of vintage solid wood wall sconces designed to hold taper candles, with the warm, traditional character associated with American Country and Colonial Revival interiors.

Each sconce features a tall, shaped wooden backplate with a projecting shelf and a fluted, flower-form brass-tone candle cup. The simple combination of warm wood and aged metal gives the pair an understated, collected look that works beautifully alongside antique artwork, mirrors, or other traditional wall decor.

Small metal sawtooth hangers on the reverse allow the sconces to be hung directly on the wall. Each candle cup measures approximately 1 inch in diameter and is designed to accommodate a standard taper candle.
