This upholstered riser stool was found at market and immediately stood apart for its texture and quiet drama. Wrapped in a muted floral fabric and finished with a full fringe trim, it offers a softer, more decorative alternative to traditional wood or stone risers.

Lightweight and easy to move, it was styled here with a banker’s lamp — but it lends itself just as easily to stacked books, small sculptures, or layered tabletop arrangements. The proportions make it especially useful for creating height without heaviness.
