Vintage Black Ceramic Horse Figurine

A sculptural vintage black ceramic horse with a strong equestrian silhouette and wonderfully classic form.

Standing approximately 11 inches tall, the horse has an elegant profile and substantial presence while retaining the character of its hollow ceramic construction. Kiln/vent holes are visible at the hooves, along with an opening to the back consistent with its construction.

A small chip is present at the tip of the left ear and appears to have been darkened or touched up previously. The repair is subtle in display but has been fully noted for condition. Minor surface wear is also present consistent with age.

A striking piece for a bookshelf, mantel, study, or layered sporting collection.
